About this mod
This is a tiny mod I made for myself. What with arrows being reusable in the remaster (I notice you rarely cannot loot arrows from the corpses of your enemies), I reclaimed the Rose once I used it in the quest, and was disappointed that it was mundane vs regular opponents. This mod makes it an insta-kill machine. (essentially)

This is a very simple mod. All I did was raise the base damage of the Rose of Sithis from 9->999
Yes. It is absurdly overpowered.

Stealth archery got me disappointed in Oblivion, and I wanted a method to assassinate targets in the DB questline with stealth at range, so here we are.
Due to Oblivion's own math, the rose will likely not do or say 999 in your inventory. For example, mine says 556. But it has killed every target I've used it on.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Navigate to your Oblivion Remastered Game directory (the one with Oblivion Remastered.exe)
Unpack the zip in said directory
Navigate to \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
Open Plugins.txt
Add the line "RTRoseOP.esp" at the bottom.
Open the game and enjoy.
