It's my 1st time using Vortex and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to have it load the mods after the main game files, it just keeps on overwriting what I want when I upload the collection so I had to make this simple load order mod for anyone who wants to use my collection. Sorry for that, gonna try to figure it out!
Installation is very simple just go to your "\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" and place "plugins.txt" right there! This is the correct load order that you need!
