Rindir will now sell a supply of unenchanted staves you may enchant for yourself. These staves may be enchanted with any enchantment that a weapon would accept and you may cast it as a spell. This works the exact same as regular enchanting, except you are able to specify the range as Self/Touch/Target instead of it being on Strike.

Installation:
1. Install UE4SS before installing this mod, follow the instructions for that first.
2. Unzip this mod and then copy it into your OblivionRemastered folder (note: this is the folder immediately after your steam folder, next to OblivionRemastered.exe and readme.txt, you can get there by right clicking Oblivion Remastered and clicking Manage > Browse Local Files). This should place the esp into your ObvData/Data folder and the UE4SS mod in your ue4ss/mods folder
3. Update your plugins.txt in Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data to include UnenchantedStaves.esp

NOTE:
This mod has some strange properties that aren't quite ironed out at the moment, I'll look into fixing these at a later date but haven't figured out how to fix them yet. Known issues are outlined below

Staff effects seem to disappear on reload, unsure why this is happening, looking into it.

The effects, when added, will say they are on Strike, this is a purely visual bug, the game actually registers them as the correct spell types on cast. Will look into fixing this later.
You might have to click off the starting spell type for it to work? (Seems to display erroneous data if you don't click off it, but unsure at the moment, needs further testing)
The way this mod detects a valid Staff is by checking the name (looking into changing this to instead check Icon for better compatibility), I can't guarantee that this mod will work on non English languages at the moment.
