About this mod
This mod rebalances the existing races and birthsigns against eachother to my preferences. An overall attempt to raise the power level of them was done with exceptions for the extreme outliers.
- Permissions and credits
Anything not mentioned here for the Races is kept the same such as High Elves 100 Magicka.
Argonians:
10% Resistance to Normal Weapons
25% Resistance to Fire
25% Weakness to Frost
Gain a new power called Hist Skin that restores 3 health for 45 seconds and grants 10% normal weapon resistance for this duration.
Changed 5 skill points in mysticism to alteration.
Changed 10 bonus to security to 5 in sneak and 5 more (So 10 total) In hand to hand.
5 extra points placed in Illusion for a total of 10.
Bretons:
Reduced magic resistance to 25% but gave them 5% spell absorption chance.
Gave their greater power Dragon Skin to a 25% resist magic bonus.
Reduced Mysticism bonus from 10 to 5.
Received a 5 bonus to blade and 5 to restoration (Making restoration 15).
Dark Elves:
Reduced Fire Resistance to 60%
Fortify Magicka by 25 points.
Changed 5 blunt bonus to Heavy Armor
Changed 5 bonus to athletics for conjuration and 5 extra points were placed in it (10)
Tweaked Greater Power Ancestral Guardian to last twice as long (120 seconds) and grant yourself 15% fire shield for the duration.
High Elves:
50% Resistance to Paralysis.
Weakness to Frost and Fire are 15% higher (to 40%), Shock is the same.
Change 10 Destruction bonus to 5 and move it to alchemy (10 now).
5 extra points granted to the Blade skill.
Imperial:
Changed the Star of the west power to fortify health, and fatigue by 50 points & a 20% resistance to normal weapons. for 60 seconds.
Removed 5 hand to hand bonus and gave them a 5 light armor bonus.
Extra 5 points placed in restoration.
5 speechcraft points moved to Mercantile for a total of (15)
Khajiit:
25% Resistance to Shock
Reduced starting intelligence to 35 and increased agility to 55.
Changed Night eye power to last 60 seconds so it doesn’t have to be reused as often.
Changed Eye of Fear to also damage the targets fatigue by 4 points per second for the 30 second duration.
Removed 5 blade bonus and changed it to a 5 Marksman Bonus.
5 extra points placed in acrobatics for a total of (15)
Nord:
25% Resistance to Shock
10% Weakness to Fire
Reduced Speed to 35 and increased willpower by 5.
5 extra points placed in Armorer for a total of (10)
Nordic Frost Damage Power now also absorbs 50 points of fatigue.
Woad Power reduced to 20% Shield but now also grants 20% reflect damage and fortifies strength 20 points.
Orc:
25% Resistance to Frost
Fortify Fatigue by 25 points.
Block reduced by 5 and gained 5 points of Athletics
5 extra points placed in Heavy Armor for a total of (15)
Berserker Rage now fortifies 30 more health (50), and fortifies blunt and blade skill by 25 points.
Redguard:
25% Resistance to Fire
5 extra points placed in Mercantile for a total of (10)
Increased Fatigue regeneration during adrenaline rush.
Wood Elf:
50% Resistance to Paralysis.
25% Poison Resistance
5 extra points placed in Marksman for a total of (15)
Command Creature Power was increased to up to level 15 and the duration increased to 300 seconds.
Granted a new power that lets it summon a bear for 300 seconds.
Disposition Reactions of races to eachother were modified aswell trying to follow the lore of the games.
Birthsigns
The following bonuses are all inclusive for the birthsigns, unlike the descriptions for the races above.
The Apprentice
+ 100 Magicka
Passive: Constantly restore 1 additional Magicka per second.
-75% Weakness to Magic
The Atronach
+ 200 Magicka
+ 25% Spell Absorption
- Stunted Magicka
Greater Powers:
Form of Fire, Frost, and Storm
The Lady
+5 Willpower
+5 Personality
+25 Fatigue & Magicka
Lesser Power:
Lady's Grace, Heal a target 3 points for 10 seconds and charm them for 30 pts.
The Lord
+ 25% Frost Resistance
+ 25% Shock Resistance
+ 5% Shield
- 25% Fire Weakness
Passive: Constantly restore 1 health per second.
The Lover
+5 Personality
+5 Luck
+10 Speechcraft
Lesser Power:
Lover's Embrace, On touch restore a target's health and fatigue over 60 seconds, granting them 25% shield and magic resistance for the duration.
Greater Power:
Lover's Kiss, On touch paralyze a target for 7 seconds, damaging their fatigue in the process.
The Mage
+ 50 Magicka
+ 5% Reflect Spell
Lesser Power:
CounterMagic, Gain 25% Magic Resistance and 20% Spell Reflect for 30 seconds.
Greater Power:
Realm of Chaos, Open the Realm of Chaos and Summon a random creature
The Ritual
+ 25 Magicka
+5 Willpower
Lesser Power:
Blessed Word, Turn Undead of any level for 30 seconds.
Greater Power:
Mara's Gift, Restore 200 points of Health, Fatigue, and Magicka on self.
The Serpent
+ 10 Luck
+ 50% Resistance to Poison & Paralysis.
Greater Power:
Serpents Spit, paralyze on target for 3 seconds, and damage 5 health for 15 seconds.
The Shadow
+ 5 Agility
+ 10% Resistance to Normal Weapons.
Lesser Power:
Shadow Form, Step into the shadow realm and recieve 15% Chameleon, Night Eye, a bonus to speed, and resistance to normal weapons for 60 seconds.
Greater Power:
MoonShadow, Grants you invisibility for 180 seconds.
The Steed
+ 5 Speed
+ 5 Strength
+ 25 Fatigue
Lesser Power:
Run Like The Wind, Fortify Speed by 50 points and gain 150 points of feather, at the cost of fatigue for 60 seconds.
The Thief
+ 5 Agility
+ 5 Luck
Lesser Powers:
Mark For Death, Grant a target 50% Weakness to Normal Weapons and Poisons for 30 seconds, at the cost of your magicka.
Greater Power:
GetAway, Go invisible and gain a 50 boost to speed for 10 seconds.
The Tower
+ 10% Reflect Damage
+ 20% Magic Resistance
- 75% Weakness to Shock
Greater Powers:
Tower Key, Open a hard lock once per day.
Return Power, Reflect all damage and spells for 5 seconds.
The Warrior
+5 Endurance
+5 Strength
+ 25 Fatigue
+ Restore 1 additional Fatigue per second.
- 25% Weakness to Poison
Greater Power:
Last Stand, Fortify Health by 100 points and reflect 10% of damage.
Installation
Download the mod and place ZerosRaces&Birthsigns.esp into
Steam\steamapps\common\OblivionRemastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
and add ZerosRaces&Birthsigns.esp to your plugins.txt
