It's not easy to make good-looking mer in this game... so here's an attempt. Hope it comes in handy for somebody.
Favored Attributes: Intelligence and Willpower.
Major Skills: Destruction, Mysticism, Alchemy, Destruction, Restoration and Alteration.
Class: "Arcane Diplomat" (Mage).
Birthsign: The Mage.
(Optional) Backstory:
Elyndra is no ordinary Mage of Summerset Isle. Born to a family of respected mages, she was raised in the hallowed halls of the Mages Guild, where tradition and discipline reigned supreme. From an early age, she showed an extraordinary skill in magic, often weaving spells with ease and precision. She practiced Destruction, Restoration, Illusion, Alteration and almost all the other schools of magic. Her mother was an excellent Mage, specialized in Restoration.
Elyndra found solace and inspiration in Alteration. There, she saw the true potential of magic: not to dominate, but to transform the world around her. It was through Alteration that she learned to unlock the mysteries of the universe, from bending laws of nature to her will to unlocking ancient, sealed doors. With a flick of her fingers, she can walk upon water. Her journey is one of constant learning the exploration of the unknown. She dreams of studying at the Arcane University in Cyrodiil and becoming a high-ranking member of the Mages Guild herself one day.

In order for the character to look as in the photos, these two mods are required.

Copy and paste save file into Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\SaveGames. Launch game and load save.
