Fixed the loud audio because it was even too loud for me. If its too quiet I'll upload a middle ground version.

Might be a little loud but it'll do for now.
Manual Install:
Place the .pak file into your ~mods folder located in OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods.
I'm new to modding so install with Manager if you think it'll work, if not manual install it.
