Simple rebalance of Vampire skills and abilities.

The mod is from SpringHeelJon, i converted it for the remaster and he allowed me to post it.
The buffs you get per stage now look like this:
Vampirism 25:
Vampirism 50:
Vampirism 75
Vampirism 100
Added a version that removes sun damage completly, drink blood after installing the mod or vampirism stage won't progress.
Installation
If you already are a vampire, you might have to change the vampirism stage for the mod to take effect.

- No Sun damage
- Resist Disease 100
- Resist Poison 100
- Resist Paralysis 100
- Fortify Speechcraft 20pts
- Fortify Willpower 20pts
- Fortify Mercantile 20pts

Installation
- Extract the esp to :
"steamapps\common\OblivionRemastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" or
"XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" for gamepass version. - In the same directory, add VampedUpVampires.esp to the Plugins.txt file and save your changes.
If you already are a vampire, you might have to change the vampirism stage for the mod to take effect.
