This comprehensive overhaul mod transforms Oblivion's character progression into a more grounded and longer experience by implementing these key changes:

- Attributes rebalanced on a 13-15 scale (from original 30-50)
- Major skills start at 3 (from 10)
- Minor skills start at 1 (from 5)
Installation
Navigate to your Steam\SteamApps\common folder.
Add the .esp file in the download to the \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder.
Open the plugins.txt file in the \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\ folder.
At the bottom of the file, add the line Humble Beginning.esp
Navigate to your Steam\SteamApps\common folder.
Add the .esp file in the download to the \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder.
Open the plugins.txt file in the \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\ folder.
At the bottom of the file, add the line Humble Beginning.esp
