Adds a portal from the second floor of the Imperial Palace to the top of White-Gold Tower.

Adds a portal from the second floor of the Imperial Palace to the top of White-Gold Tower.
Install Instructions:
-Extract the zip on your oblivion folder (so that the .esp file is inside of OblivionRemastered/Content/Dev/ObvData/Data).
-Add WhiteGoldTowerPortal.esp to the bottom of plugins.txt
Notes:
Careful to not fall off the top of the tower.
(Until I can get automatic doors to teleport player to proper cells)
