Make sure you select the 'LUT' effect to be installed, if installing Reshade for the first time.

Installation:
Download and install Reshade if you haven't already (https://reshade.me)
Once installed, select Oblivion Remastered in the initial setup.
Navigate to your Reshade's"Textures" folder (By default: "***\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\reshade-shaders\Textures")
Find and backup/rename original "lut.png" ("old_lut.png" for example)
Paste or drag new "lut.png" in the "Textures" folder
Launch the game, press Home key to show Reshade paneland enable "LUT.fx"
Enjoy!
Notes:
Some interiors/times-of-day can look especially drab or desaturated with this LUT, if you prefer, you can reduce the LUT's effect by adjusting both the Chroma and Luma amounts (I've found values between .750 & .825 are a good compromise) in LUT.fx's options at the bottom of the Reshade panel (which can be accessed by turning off Performance Mode).
