Installation:
drop .esp file in "OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data"
open Plugins.txt and add "AutoLockpickAlwaysSuccess.esp" line
Uninstallation:
delete .esp file and remove "AutoLockpickAlwaysSuccess.esp" in Plugins.txt
