Adds two spells to the player when they create a new game or load an existing save called Create Spell and Enchant Item. When cast, they will bring up the spellmaking and enchanting menu respectively, meaning that you can instantly access these systems rather than having to go through a lengthy guild quest or buy a house. It should be noted that these function exactly like the regular spellmaking/enchanting menus, meaning that they will still require gold to use.
STEPS TO INSTALL: 1. Download, then add the esp file to Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data 2. Edit plugins.txt to include the following line at the bottom (just add a new line by pressing enter and paste this and save): SpellmakingEnchantingSpellThingy.esp 3. Load a game or create a new save, the mod will automatically add its spells to you.
