I highly recommend using this mod for better looking skin textures - otherwise the character won't look exactly like in the screenshots.
Load the save in-game (you start directly at the sewer exit, ready to set your class), adjust to your personal preferences if needed (using the showracemenu command) and enjoy!
Important: the showracemenu command resets your characters stats at the moment, so only use this early into the game.
