Ruin's Edge - Increased burden effect. Frenzy, silence, and demoralize now area of effect 10ft. Added 2 new random chance effects: Command humanoid/creature and Shock damage
Ceremonial Dagger (renamed to Chaotic Dagger) - This is actually just an unused test weapon that looks like mehrunes razor, but I turned it into a new unique dagger. Its more or less the same as ruins edge, except all the random effects are normal destruction damage. Every hit will do 30pts of a different type of damage, and it also has a 2% chance to instant kill. The dagger can be found on Muurine's corpse after she is executed, the same quest you get ruins edge from. Its also in the weapons testing room in the testinghall
Chef's Fork - Another unused test weapon, its a copy of the fork of horripilation. It will soul trap and absorb health, magicka, and stamina by 25pts each for 4s. Carried by the chef in Bliss Rendil Drarara. Must be stolen or taken from his corpse. It doesnt have an icon in your inventory
Ly'ssane - New enchantment. Disintegrate armor 1000pts and damage health 40pts on strike
Raiment of Intrigue - Improved leveled fortify speed, security, sneak, and luck. Added fortify agility, resist poison, and shock shield
Raiment of Arden-Sul - Leveled fortify luck, intelligence, willpower, magicka, fire shield, and resist paralysis
Ring of Lordship (M) - Leveled fortify personality, willpower, health, magicka, and resist normal weapons. Wearing the ring gives you a lesser power that lets you command almost any creature/humanoid
Ring of Lordship (D) - Leveled fortify endurance, agility, health, fatigue, and resist magic. Wearing the ring gives you a lesser power 100% chameleon spell
Manacles of Pain - Resist normal weapon +75%, resist paralysis +100%, shield +50pts, fortify blade and strength +50pts, and reflect spell and damage +30%. DEBUFF Drain health 75pts, burden 10000pts (forces you to walk), weakness to shock 50%. The inspiration here is to make you darth vader

Apotheosis - Randomly does 100pts of one of either fire, frost, or shock damage. Also has a 1% chance to deal 250pts of all three damage types. Works like ruins edge does
Bow of Infliction - Weakness to magic and poison 50%. Each shot inflicts 1 of 6 random debilitating diseases on the target.
Frostwyrm Bow - Frost damage 20pts for 5s, weakness to frost 100% for 15s

Fists of the Drunkard - Fortify strength and endurance +15pts DEBUFF drain intelliegence and willpower 15pts. Equipping the gauntlets gives you a drunken rage lesser power
Gauntlets of Gluttony - Fortify strength +15, spell absorption +30pts. DEBUFF Drain speed 15pts. Equiiping the gauntlets gives you the glutton's bite lesser power, which is a powerful abosrb health, magicka, and stamina spell
Hands of the Atronach - Resist fire, frost, and shock +60%. Equipping the gauntlets gives you a powerful destruction spell that does fire, frost, and shock damage 50pts for 3s on touch

Mantle of the Woodsman - Fortify speed, agility, marksman, and sneak +15pts, detect life 50ft DEBUFF Drain strength and endurance 5pts each
Veil of the Seer - Detect life 1000ft, fortify willpower +15pts, resist magic +40% DEBUFF Weakness to normal weapons 20%
Imperial Breeches - Fortify personality and speechcraft +15pts. Fortify mercantile +50pts
Ring of Transmutation - Fortify magicka +150pts DEBUFF drain agility 10pts, weakness to magic 50%. Equipping the ring gives you the transmutation lesser power, which lets you sacrifice 50 points of health to fully restore your magicka for 10s
Ring of Wortcraft - Resist poison and disease +50%, fortify luck and endurance +15pts DEBUFF Drain intelligence 10pts. Equipping the ring gives you a +25pt boost to alchemy letting you know a new effect for ingredients
Spectre's Ring - Fortify sneak and security +25pts, feather +200pts, chameleon +100% DEBUFF Drain willpower 50pts. Equipping the ring damages your strength 1pt every time you equip it.
Apron of the Master Artisan - Fortify personality and speechcraft +15pts, shield +5pts. Equipping the apron also gives you +25 to security, alchemy, and armorer skills. This works like the battlehorn castle forge/frostcrag alchemy lab, so it will actually buff alchemy and security
Robe of Creativity - Fortify intelligence and personality +15pts, fortify magicka +75pts, waterwalking. DEBUFF Drain fatigue 25pts
Vest of the Bard - Fortify speechcraft +50pts, fortify personality +25pts. DEBUFF weakness to normal weapons 50%. Equipping the shirt gives you the bards song lesser power, which rallies, restores health, and grants shield to everyone in 15ft on touch
UNIQUE SCROLLS - Obtaining and then using a unique scroll now gives you the scroll spell as a greater power. To account for this the scrolls are much more expensive.
Purile Banter - Fortify endurance, willpower, speed, and luck by 50pts for 300s, drain speechcraft and personality by 50pts for 150s
Chronicle of Sacrifice - Fire damage 1000pts in 10ft on target, drain all attributes by 50pts for 30s
Fire Nexus - Resist fire 100% for 5s, fire damage 250pts in 60ft for 5s
Stormrider Scroll - Shock damage 100pts in 25ft for 5s on touch, resist shock 100% for 25s
Summon Rufio's Ghost - Summon just lasts longer. The spell is a lesser power not a greater power like the others
Burst of Strength - Fortify Strength, endurance, agility, luck, blade, block, blunt, hand to hand, and shield all 100pts for 20s.
MAGES STAVES - There is 0 reason to choose most of these staves in vanilla, so I made them a bit more unique than the quest dialogue would suggest.
Charm - Charm enchantment is higher, command creature, and casting the staff also heavily fortifies your personality and mercantile skill
Dispel - It will dispel just about any effect from your enemy, and it recharges your magicka and gives you shock shield when you cast it.
Fire - All damage. Does high fire damage on direct hit, medium damage in an area around the blast, and low damage over time.
Frost - High frost damage bolt that slows and burdens
Paralyze - Paralyzes everyone in an area and slowly damages their health
Shock - Shock damage in a wide area, lower shock damage over time, staff will slowly regen your magicka when cast
Silence - Silences in a large area, and also does weakness to fire, frost, shock, magic, and normal weapons in a large area
Soul Trap - Soul trap, and also has a high drain health effect. Repeated uses dont do more damage, but it will instant kill anything with less health than the drain effect
Telekinesis - Telekinesis has much further range and time, unlocks doors and containers, and casting the staff gives you high feather effect and invisibility. Very useful for thieves and hoarders
AMBER/MADNESS MATRIX ARMOR - Madness armor now enchanted for warriors/battlemages, Amber armor enchanted for thieves/nightblades. Weapons only given more uses and slight damage health increase. All enchantments are leveled, stats here are highest level version

Bloodworm Helm - Leveled fortify conjuration and magicka.
Essence Drain - Wearing the bloodworm helm gives you this leveled spell. It Drains Health, absorbs health, magicka, and fatigue, and it soul traps
Necromancer's Amulet - Buffed the normal leveled enchantments, but left the debuffs the same. Also, wearing the necromancer amulet gives you spell that lets you summon a flesh atronach forever, until it is killed or you fast travel.
Blackwater Blade - Slightly improved stats, Leveled absorb fatigue enchantment is stronger, added disintegrate weapon on strike
