Initial release
Adds 4 spells to control the behaviour of oblivion gates. They are present with the character on a new save, and Calindil sells them at the Mystic Emporium, in the imperial city market.
Behaviour: Max gates: Changes how many random gates can appear (0, 50 and 90) Random gate: Changes the percentage change of random oblivion gates spawning (0, 50 and 100%) Reopen gates: Swaps between letting oblivion gates be re-opened after they are closed or not. End Oblivion Crisis: Sets max gates to 0, random chance to 0 and does not let gates re-open.
The game shows a dialogue box when you cast one of the spells, indicating what has happened.
Install Instructions: -Extract the zip on your oblivion folder (so that the .esp file is inside of OblivionRemastered/Content/Dev/ObvData/Data). -Add ReOpenOblivionGates.esp to the bottom of plugins.txt
Notes: Some parts of the main quest change the values, so you'd have to cast them again to re-set them.
Since we are limited on what we can do at the moment, if you get any other mods that change starting player spells and/or spells sold by Calindil, whichver mod is at the bottom will have the spells sold/start. I recommend having this mod at the bottom, acquiring the spells, and then moving it up.
