This mod makes all summonable creatures equally powerful to their enemy counterpart. This includes restoring the ability to summon minions, missing spells and abilities and various weapons/items. These changes are buffs, the full list of changes is below.

Summons can summon:

Spider Daedra now has a Summon Spiderling spell. - This basically gives you 2 summons at once, the spiderling can paralyze enemies, the spider daedra was very weak without this when compared to other spells with lesser mana costs.

Xivilai now has a Summon Clannfear spell. - This basically gives you 2 summons at once.

Lich now has a Summon Headless Zombie spell. - 2 summons at once

Skeleton Champion now has a Summon Skeleton Hero spell. - 2 summons at once

- Note - A summon's summon behaves differently, less tolerance to friendly fire and may target other followers if provoked.

Summons are now properly equipped with weapons and items:

Dremora and Dremora Lord now have leveled scrolls and potions that they can use during combat. - Basically a small buff to both.

Skeleton Guardian now has a leveled bow and arrows. - This means it can use both melee + shield and bow during combat.

Skeleton Hero now has a leveled bow and arrows. - This means it can use both melee and bow during combat, now worth to consider over the skeleton champion.

Faded Wraith and Gloom Wraith possess a leveled weapon. - No more attacking with fists only.

Lich now spawns with a Frost Damage staff. - Helps fix the inconsistent damage when spawning with a purely debuff oriented staff.

Xivilai now spawns with a leveled two-handed weapon. - No more attacking with fists only.

Summon abilities are now restored:

Shambles now deal frost damage in a small radius upon death - The summon duration running out also counts as death.

Storm Atronach now is immune to shock damage.

Flame Atronach no longer has the standard daedric resistances, but is fully immune to fire damage. - The ability was removed and replaced with 100% fire resist.

Scamp is now equipped with reflect spell spell. - The scamp you summon is a Scamp, not a Stunted Scamp.

Ghost, Faded Wraith and Gloom Wraith are now immune to normal weapons. - 100% instead of 50%

Lich now casts various spells depending on magicka levels. - Shield and Summon are prioritized, Shock Damage on target at high magicka, weaker Fire Damage on target at low magicka, Damage Health touch at high magicka, weaker Absorb health at low magicka.

Overall balance and quality of life changes: (Note: Balance changes are based on the original monster's level).

Summon Skeleton is now a Novice spell with reduced duration. - only a level 1 spell, mostly used to raise conjuration anyway, now you have a reason to get apprentice spells.

Summon Black Bear is now a Journeyman spell and available to be purchased in Chorrol from Athragar. - eliminates the RNG of obtaining a Summon Black Bear spell tome from the DLC and properly adjusts it to journeyman level (8-11) instead of expert(12-18).

Summon Dremora is now an Apprentice spell. - Dremora Caitiff are level 6, so they shouldn't be a journeyman summon in the first place.

Shivering Isles Additions:

Summon Golden Saint is now a Lesser Power and has its magicka cost modified. - 50 magicka for 60s version, 100 magicka for 120s version.

Summon Dark Seducer is now a Lesser Power and has its magicka cost modified. - 50 magicka for 60s version, 100 magicka for 120s version.

Summon Flesh Atronach spells are available to be purchased in Crucible from Earil. - Level 1 Mangled Flesh Atronach, Level 6 Torn Flesh Atronach, Level 11 Stitched Atronach and Level 16 Sewn Flesh Atronach have been added. Note: The Greater Power is untouched and still summons a Mended Flesh Atronach at levels 21+, which scales with the player. I did not add a spell for the Mended Flesh Atronach since it would defeat the purpose of doing the quest.

Compatibility

If you use any mod that increases the duration of conjuration spells OR changes much mana cost, there will be small conflicts.

Summon Skeleton - no longer novice level
Summon Dremora - no longer apprentice level
Summon Black Bear - no longer journeyman level

These were meant as small nerfs regarding balance, but if you want summons to last 10x longer I assume you don't care.

Load whatever mod AFTER my mod, it will override my changes, but it shouldn't mess with all the other cool features I added to the summons.

So Yes, those 2 specific types of mods are Semi-Compatible. If you want to create a patch go ahead, but honestly its not worth the trouble.

Mods that change summoned creatures (stats, inventory or spells) will most likely be incompatible.
