This changes the weight value for those who feel the weight is stupidly heavy for the light and heavy arena armor from 13 on the light to 12 and the heavy from 72 to 32.
Installation Instructions: Place the esp in OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data then add LighterArenaArmor.esp to the plugins.txt or use a plugin manager to automate the process a bit more.
