About this mod
This mod increases the speed of horses, version with and without Deluxe Edition Horse Armor. In v1.0 Horses also wont report crimes, and will run from fights. Essential option

This mod increases the horses speed +15 from vanilla, +10 from the remaster Altar esp. (Altar ESP is the remaster plugin)
The version that includes the Horse Armor DLC gives armored horses some diversity. Steel armor is a bit slower at +7 but has the vanilla amount of health, Elven has +9 but -50 from the health that steel has.
Akatosh Armor gives +7 speed and +100 Health, Mehrunes Armor gives +9 Speed and has vanilla health. So they are all different from each other. These armors are better than Steel or Elven, because you have to earn them through quest lines. I may upload a version of them all balanced with each other, where Akatosh is slower than Steel, and Mehrunes is slower than Elven

Additional Features so you don't need more patches: Horses now (v1.0) have 0 confidence and 0 responsibility, also wont bother "checking corpses". This means that they won't attack enemies or stay and fight (and die), also with 0 responsibility, they won't report crimes. Essential versions now available!
COMPATIBILITY: Let my mod's plugin load after anything it conflicts with, this includes "More Damage"
Installation:
Mod Manager: I recommend Vortex, click install with mod manager and enable and deploy the file.
Manually: I don't recommend, but its still easy. Place it in the Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder. It should be next to all the other plugins. If installing manually, don't forget to add the plugin to the plugin list (Vortex takes care of this, but if you're doing it manually you still need to).
If you're crashing while launching the game with Vortex, make sure your plugin folder has the vanilla plugins in the CORRECT order and also make sure my esp is in there.
