here is my reshade for oblivion Remastered. Ive done other games by myself so had to make a mod for this for people to use. I hope you guys enjoy it. You can turn off the bloom or tweak it if you dont like it for the B file also still looks fantastic with it off. I spent a good amount of time working on it flying around in debug mode. - Faded

What is this? this sharpens and brings out the details in the game more than I expected and it's not noisy at all. it's not over-saturated just makes everything pop really well in a subtle way.
This is a ReShade preset file (downloadable from the FILES section on this page) for the popular post-processing software for Reshade <-(link) that applies specifically to the game Oblivion Remastered. The preset enhances visual fidelity by adding subtle sharpening to make everything “pop” and seem a little less blurry but still see the effects/hazy if the bloom is on in version 1.1B it'll seem a lot more colorful. if it bugs you can turn it off or tweak it either way it still looks fantastic, Special care has been taken to keep the tone balanced—so that when you enter the Oblivion gates (hence the name), so you don’t encounter an oversaturated red inside, but a look that still respects the original aesthetics without overdoing it. While there is a light performance hit, it’s been tuned to remain as efficient as possible. If you experience any issues or want to optimize further, you can disable some effects as needed. for 1.2B or experiment. Optional Enhancements If you enjoy experimenting further, you may opt to add an ambient light effect. Although I tested it with the HUD, I ultimately preferred the current look. If there’s enough interest for a version with ambient light, please leave a comment! (for version 1.0) 1.2B features bloom and other effects if your system can handle it.
Bonus: Oblivion Remastered Live Wallpaper
Alongside the preset, enjoy a live wallpaper for Wallpaper Engine on Steam—a beautifully animated version of the Oblivion Remastered logo with dynamic flames and integrated ReShade effects. The animation (with sound) was originally recorded at 1080p/120 FPS and then rendered in 4K/60 FPS for a crisp, sped-up presentation. I may create another version for 1440p monitors if needed. For First-Time Users: 1. Download the Preset: Go to the FILES section on this page and download the preset file.
2. Run the ReShade Installer: Launch the installer. When prompted to select a preset, search for and select the file you just downloaded.
3. Customize Your Effects: If you prefer a lighter load for faster performance, use only the effects that are pre-checked in my selection. You can always enable additional effects later.
For Existing Users (Changing/Updating Your Preset): 1. Locate Your Current Preset: Open ReShade in the game and click the file icon next to the preset name to the right.
2. Update the Preset: Copy and paste the new preset file into the designated folder via Explorer. Then, back in-game, click the preset name and select the file you want.
3. Performance Monitoring: I recommend enabling the on-screen clock (which also displays FPS and latency) or running the ReShade installer again and choosing "update effects" if you aren't comfortable navigating the Windows file system.
Troubleshooting & Performance Tips
- If you’re experiencing stuttering or slower load times, consider using the `engine fixes.ini` mod to help reduce stutter and improve FPS/latency. - Experiment by toggling effects on/off and observing how the visuals and performance respond. - For more advanced monitoring, you can use RTSS (Rivatuner Statistics Server) to view a detailed frame time graph. you may need MSI afterburner.
comment if you all enjoy this I hope this installation guide helps. if there are any games you want me to do comment that aswell please.
