This is a simple mod that replaces the Xbox buttons in Oblivion Remastered with buttons from the PlayStation Dualsense controller. I created this for myself as I wanted a way to use my PlayStation controller/Steam Deck with Steam Input while also having the correct button prompts appear in-game.
There are a few options for you to choose from with this mod:
PS5 - Straight replacement across, replaces all Xbox buttons with the equivalent PS5 buttons.
Deck - Keeps most of the Xbox buttons, but changes the bumpers and triggers to use L1, R1, L2, and R2. It also switches the LS and RS prompts to use L3 and R3.
PS Deck - Same as Deck, except it also switches the Xbox A, B, X, and Y buttons with the PlayStation X, Circle, Square, and Triangle buttons respectively.
To install:
1: Select the version of the mod you want to use from the Files tab and download it. 2: Head to the directory where you installed Oblivion Remastered, and navigate to: /OblivionRemastered/Content/Paks/~mods/ (If you do not have a "~mods" folder in your "Paks" directory, create one) 3: Extract the folder from the .zip file you downloaded into your "~mods" folder.
Now once you start the game you should see the button prompts in place of the old Xbox ones.
Also, don't have more than one of these installed at a time. They will conflict, only install one.
