I was having trouble in game every few loading screens id crash and it would say "amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll" so i looked up "oblivion remastered crashing cuz amd_fidelityfx_dx12" and found this "https://steamcommunity.com/app/2623190/discussions/0/604154270792644005/" upon one poster saying "what if we don't have Space Marines 2" i figured i would post the file with instructions here. Note that this may not fix your issue updating my bios helped me a lot with stability and performance.
Step 1: Download the file.
Step 2:Extract/open the file with winrar or 7zip.
Step 3:Find your Oblivion Remastered folder located in your SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered or go onto steam, library, select your game, click the cogwheel, properties, installed files, browse local files.
step 4: you will be in the Oblivion Remastered folder next go to OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64 you will see a file named OblivionRemastered-Win64-Shipping.exe
Step 5: drop/paste amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll it will ask you if you want to replace the file click yes
Step 6:play game
!!!IMPORTANT!!! if you have frame gen on turn it off this is just a more stable build of fidelity fx but for whatever reason frame generation crashes it a lot on both builds ill update if needed as the game gets new builds.
