Disables fast travel by adding the NoFastTravel flag. Might not cover every loophole, but with limited testing it serves me as intended.

This mod disables fast travel via adding NoFastTravel flag to various worldspaces.
Obviously you might find some loopholes, but that's on you.
Tested well enough to say, this shouldn't crash your game.
As with all mods out for Newblivion, use at your own risk!
PSA: In my testing, mods did NOT disable achievements, so go nuts!
