to install add the text NicerCharity.esp at the end of your plugins.txt in Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
and put the NicerCharity.esp file inside the Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder
