I made this mod back for the original Oblivion because I wanted to cheat and paralyze anything I wanted easily without relying on Magicka cost. I found out the Lovers Kiss power does what I want, and through some editing, made it so you can use it as many times as you like, not limited by 1 cast per day.
I do not know anything about Elder Scrolls modding or modding in general, but I followed a guide some years ago to make this mod for myself. I've decided to release it here because, surprise-surprise, mods made for Oblivion (mostly) work for Oblivion Remastered.
Hope someone else besides me enjoys this - and before you ask me if I can make any custom spells or powers for you, or edit this one, I simply do not know how to. I followed a guide years ago and made this, and I am just sharing what I've made as it works just fine.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Navigate to your Oblivion Remastered Game directory (the one with Oblivion Remastered.exe)
Unpack the zip in said directory
Navigate to \Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
Open Plugins.txt
Add the line "RTLoversKiss.esp" at the bottom.
Open the game and enjoy.
