make character's luck always 100. I dissatisfied about only luck in attribute progress system. 4 cost is too expensive. This mod change to luck static 100, so player can focus on other attributes.
Installation:
drop .esp file in "OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data"
open Plugins.txt and add "Luck100.esp" line
Uninstallation:
delete .esp file and remove "Luck100.esp" in Plugins.txt
