This is Realist Outlast, a mod that makes almost everything more realistic in the game.

Protagonist wise ;
- Your character runs and walks faster than before.
- Walking/Running/Crouching does a lot more noise.
- Like in real life, Miles takes more time to regen health.
- Jumps are a little less far now, especially when you walk.
- Moving in water is now a challenge, you are much slower.
- You have less batteries than before. (depends on the difficulty.)
- Jumping from stairs or somewhere higher is SUICIDE.

- They investigate and patrol much faster than before.
- A lot of ennemies have better hearing.
- Chris runs at the same speed as you.
