FULL RADIO OVERHAUL mod that fixes that whole 'anachronistic music' issue, on the house!

- Permissions and credits
- This is a full replacement mod for the in-game radio that includes only songs released in 1998 or earlier.
- It was painstakingly whittled down from a larger playlist, and some extra bangers were sadly lost along the way.
- None of the tracks are explicit and it should be fine for a minor to listen to.
- A new save is recommended as some songs can corrupt and never play if used with an existing save.
