This ReShade preset aims to make the game look more vivid and be playable at the same time. It's optimized for gameplay, so it won't cause much performance hit.




Features
Make the textures more clear with LumaSharpen.
Provide a better light/dark contrast, darker night and brighter light through fake HDR.

Installation
1. Download DECENT ReShade. Unzip the file.
2. Put "DECENT ReShade Preset.ini" to the folder:
..\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\
(in the same directory with "Palworld-Win64-Shipping.exe").
3. Download ReShade.
4. Run the Reshade Setup and follow the guide:
Step 1: Choose the game Palworld.
Step 2: Choose DirectX 10/11/12.
Step 3: When it tells you to "Select effects to install", choose the "DECENT ReShade Preset.ini" which you just downloaded as a preset file to install only the effects it uses. Then nothing is needed to be changed, you can click "Next" in every step.


UPDATE
If you have installed DECENT ReShade, to update to the new version, you just need to replace the file "DECENT ReShade Preset.ini".


Unistall
1. Delete the folder "reshade-shaders".
2. Delete the following files: dxgi.dll, ReShade.ini, ReShade.log, DECENT ReShade Preset.ini.
