Changes scrappy-looking metal building set into something more modern and less rusty

A simple retexture (normals and materials included) for the metal set. Comes in many colors
Quick change list:
- Replaces metal plates visual
- No more rust and rot
- No more weird patchwork scattered all over
- Nice and even rivet placement
- Vastly reduced dents, bite marks, scratches, etc
To intall:
Put the .pak file into
\Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods
Please only use ONE pack at the time for obvious reasons
Works for the Steam version. Haven't tried anything else
