Katress Hat Drop

A simple change that allows Katress and Alpha Boss Katress to drop her Epic Hat Schematic!

Increased Bounty Token Drops

Increases the drop rate of bounty tokens for all bounty bosses on the map. Average increase of +1, with some of the higher level bounties being +2 with a chance of +3. Makes grinding bounty tokens far more reasonable.
