This mod provides fairly complete control over the player camera outside of cutscenes.
Zooming
With this mod, zooming is basically unrestricted. The default min and max FOV are 1 and 90.
To perform a quick zoom, hold down Left Shift while zooming with the scroll wheel.
Elevation
To change camera elevation hold down Left CTRL and W or S.
Rotation
To rotate using the keyboard:
hold down Left Shift and use Q and E to rotate on the x-axis.
hold down Left Ctrl and use Q and E to rotate. on the z-axis
To rotate using the mouse:
hold down either Left Ctrl or Left Shift + middle mouse button and drag the mouse left or right to rotate on the z-axis, and up and down to rotate on the x-axis.
Reset
To reset rotation and elevation, hold down Left Shift and press R.

You can change all of the above keys in the UMM interface (CTRL + F10). Naming syntax follows this page:
Install this mod by dropping the zip file onto the Unity Mod Manager app window or by placing the FreeCamera folder in the zip file into the Mods folder beside the game's exe file (create the folder if it's not there).
