Changes feat progression to grant a feat for every level, from 1 to 40

Changes the BasicFeatsProgression blueprint to have an entry for every level, from 1 to 40, so you will be able to choose a feat for every level.
Also patches all mythic progressions to add mythic feats and mythic abilities to every level.
Individual patch types can be turned on/off in Unity Mod Manager settings. You must restart the game for any settings changes to take effect.
Installation
Install with UMM
- Open Unity Mod Manager, go into the Mods tab, and drag the zip file into the area that tells you to drag zip files to it
