41 Companion Portraits enhanced with Stable Diffusion. I went for a cleaner, more aesthetic look while trying to maintain the original feel of the characters.

You will need Custom NPC Portraits by Edvin. (thank you by the way, amazing mod.) Download that mod first and then overwrite with my files if you want to use my portraits.
!!!!!!If you don't like some of the portraits, but want to use others, it's really easy to delete the ones you don't like. Unzip the download from this page and go into the "Portraits" folder. Find "CustomNpcPortaits -" and the character name for the portrait you want to remove. So, if you want to remove Regill, find "CustomNpcPortraits - Regill." Then just delete the folder with the portraits you don't want before moving the rest into the game folder.!!!!!!!
After playing the game for a couple hundred hours, I decided use stable diffusion to create better (imo) portraits for many companions and NPCs to keep things fresh. I was really pleased how they turned out so I decided to share them here. The style is much more realistic than the original portraits and some characters look quite different but I think I managed to maintain the same "feeling" as the original portraits.
1.4 Update: I played through the game again and I made a lot of additional edits. I updated some old portraits and added 16 new ones. I put spoiler form here in case anyone new to the game sees to try not and spoil anything for them but returning players will know what it means. The old versions of updated portraits are in their folder if you want to use older versions.
The companions/npcs who received edits are:
Ember and Daeran have variants in their folders. Ember has a variant with dark eyes like the original portrait and Daeran has a variant with a smaller smile. If you want to use these, simply drag and drop them from the variant folder into the main character folder and let them overwrite the originals.
