Runs every string in the game (including Marble Nest) through machine translation filters, for a less comprehensible experience.

Poorly Translated Pathologic 2 mis-translates every string in the game by running it through an absurd number of machine translations, then back into English. It includes dialogue, character names, menu elements, tooltips... everything except spoken word subtitles! Join "Artem way Burr German" on his quest to download the boo's blood donation. Yandex Document Translate was used for most translation; a few quality control edits have been made by hand.
I've played through the translated game to verify the general quality of most dialogue (and by "quality", I don't mean places where the formatting itself broke, like Aspiti saying <Canopy> - those stay in!), but it's very possible I missed something that genuinely shouldn't be in there. Please let me know if you run into offensive content and I'll patch it right away.
This mod replaces the Russian localization: while it is installed, Pathologic 2 can be switched between standard English and the Poor Translation in the Language settings menu during gameplay.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
Drag and drop the folder titled "Data" onto your Pathologic 2 installation folder, which is probably titled "Pathologic" (for example, steamapps\common\Pathologic). This will install dialogue files for the game.
Menu and loading screen text is stored in a large Unity asset bundle called resources.assets. This is a pain to mod by hand, so the download contains a .exe installer which will automatically patch it with the modded files and create a backup version; using this installer also allows this mod to be compatible with, and installed alongside, any other mods that affect resources.assets! Run the .exe and select your Pathologic 2 installation folder again.
I've included a separate standalone download for the modded resources.assets file if you're not comfortable running an EXE. It's under "Optional files" on the download page. However, be warned the standalone is 1.3 GB in size, and are not compatible with any other mods that modify resources.assets.
After installing both components, launch the game, set the text language to Russian in the Settings menu, and (try to) enjoy! The game language can be switched at any time in the "Settings" (translated as "Environment") menu.
