This mod replaces the portraits of 30 characters with their black-and-white portraits from Pathologic 2 in dialogue, lists of bound/adherents, healers' stat screens, and the new game character selection screen.
The following portraits have not been replaced: Albino, Executor, Rat Prophet, Tragedian, Worm, and generic townspeople.
Installation Instructions:
Unzip the downloaded file and paste the contents into your Pathologic Classic HD data folder.
The individual .png and .tex files should be in your data\Textures\UI folder.
This mod wouldn't have been possible without the help of the Pathologic Modding Wiki. Refer to this page with all the character portrait file names if you'd like to pick and choose which files to replace. The two .tex files replace the character selection screen portraits.
