A simple script that increases the base value of cable ties to 25

If you want to change the value of cable ties;
1, Right-click "cables.lua" and open with note pad
2, change the number at the end of this line "self.values.cable_tie.quantity_1 = {25}"
3, congrats you can now have as many hostages as you want
