This mod allows you to reduce the skill costs to only one point each.
Allowing you to unlock all skills, and making you virtually immortal.
This mod does not tag you as a cheat even though it would be easy to detect. Indeed, by reducing the cost instead of increasing the points, other players will just receive the number of points you spent.
Take notes :
1º It may cause problems locking some/all branches of the skill trees (the lockpad symbol is locking even the first skills of the tree, making impossible to unlock any skill). It happened to me so i deleted de mod, reopened the game without it and the problem was still there, but i exit the game, reinstalled the mod, reopened the game and the problem was solved magically. I dont know what happened but im glad it is solved xd.
2º Before using the mod you must clear all the points of your skill trees, becouse the mod makes all habilities to cost 1 point but also to return you only 1 point for each skill you clear. So if you clear your tree after installing the mod it will be returning you just 1 point for each skill instead of all the point you originally spended. I think this is what causes some players to lose all their points or to get the skill trees locked. But if you clear all the points before installing the mod this problem should be solved.
3º Becouse of 2 previous points i think that this mod can cause some crazy s#*!, so I recommend you to do a Backup of your savefiles of Payday 2 before installing it, there are tutorials in youtube about it.
TLDR : use on new skill config only or you can break things
