it activates as soon as the jammer is placed. so it's best to do this at the start of each round
What does the mod do? All calls to the police are muted. Map-related alarm triggers (e.g. Bains Harvest Bank etc.) are triggered by the game mechanics - but there is no FBI or Swat attack (see pictures). The “Assault” timer runs into a positive value. Only the street cops of the map itself move in, after that nothing else happens. ALL maps incl. dlc.
