Every Expansion adds 10 levels to the base game of 20 meaning you can max out to level 40. Bonus XP is multiplied by 2 (Disabling Traps, Completing Quests, Etc) NPC/Enemy Level Cap is 50 raised from 21. Selling store Items value increase from 20% to 60% of item value. Not thoroughly tested.
Installation: Overwrite the Assembly-CSharp.dll in: "GAMEROOT\PillarsOfEternity_Data\Managed\"
Notes: Made on the GOG version which shouldn't matter. I couldn't get how to keep more ability unlocks going after level 16. I figure that would need to be done in something other than the assembly.
