Male Death Godlike portraits for those unhappy with the default ones and want something a little more accurate to the in game model.

I was unhappy with the available selection of portraits for male death godlikes, they didn't really seem to represent the character model too well. There are a few options here for a couple of the different head types.
I may add portraits for different heads if people would like some.
Installation:
Extract the files to Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\gui\portraits\player\male
