CHANGES MADE BY THIS MOD:
Level cap for player character and party members is 33.
Max power level is 17 for single-class characters, 11 for multiclass. Bear in mind power levels after 9 aren't visible on the level-up screen.
You get one weapon proficiency at character creation and then one every two levels.
I know there's a bit of a gulf there between single class and multiclass characters, but a)the base game is designed around power level 9 being the maximum, so multiclasses should have no problem stomping everything at higher levels, b)33 isn't actually reachable with the amount of xp in the game. Actually, the main reason I made this was to play through the game with it and see how high I can get with all DLC. The answer is... level 27! Though of course you can use the console to award yourself as much xp as you like
SECOND FILE: PURIST VERSION
Raises level cap to 33. All weapon proficiencies and power pools will increase past level 20, at the same pace as in the base game, and will be unchanged before level 20. ONLY USE ONE FILE OR THE OTHER!
