34 new abilities and a condensed skill tree to make your Ranger a pretty cool guy.  I wasn't a fan of most of the ranger skills so I just made new ones that I want to use.  Bug reports & suggestions welcome!

Note: The order of your skills in the skill tree for each level may change - it's actually not the same for each person and this is normal

The changes to the sequence of the ranger's existing abilities will conflict with any mod that does the same via changes to the pt_ranger data without using the "append" method.  Anything that changes the order of normal ranger abilities has to do this.  Other mods can add new abilities or change non-class abilities without harm, but to change the progression tree for normal ranger abilities, the pt_ranger data has to be overwritten at least partially.

Other mods may overwrite changes to existing abilities, in addition to overwriting it's placement on the progression tree.

The New Abilities

1 - Attenuate - passive - Higher defense from attacks the farther the Ranger is
1 - Tunnel Vision - passive - +25% graze to hit, -25% area of effect
1 - Discreet - passive - +10% graze to hit, +10% foe grazes to miss, when alone (no allies in 4m)
2 - Shackle Shot - Paralyze an enemy and another enemy close by
2 - Rapid Action - On your next action, +100% action speed, +10 Accuracy, -50% damage, -2 Penetration
2 - Clear Shot - +5 accuracy to enemies in a 1.5m area
2 - Inertia - passive - +1 penetration to all attacks at a distance
3 - Vault & Volley - Jump over to end of a line, ranged attack to all foes in the line!
3 - Snipe - your next attack deals +dmg based on the distance away
3 - Sniper - Passive - Increased Range Attacks
3 - Focus Hit - weapon attack - +10 Accuracy, +2 Penetration, +35% damage, +75% crit damage, +35% recovery time, must have Concentration
4 - Perfect Hit - -10 Accuracy to succeed, Disable Non-Spell Active Abilities for 15s, +50% damage, must have Concentration
4 - Boomerang Blade - Modal - Increased melee range attack
4 - Exposure Strike - Primary attack based on reflex (ranged or melee weapon)
4 - Practiced Momentum - 30s +5% attack speed per melee attack on a marked target, up to 10x stacks
4 - Fierce Inertia - passive - +1 penetration to enemies at an even farther distance
5 - Momentum Shot - Attack bounces and deals little damage to 1st, but much more damage to last target
5 - Power shot - Ranged weapon attack to anyone in line with the target
5 - Harsh Attenuate - passive - Higher defense from attacks the farther the Ranger is
5 - Weave - passive - +3% attack speed when missed by single target attacks, until hit by one, up to 7x stacks
6 - Advanced Sniper - Passive - +25% further range to ranged weapons
6 - Aerial Assault - Jump in the air, AOE attack target area
6 - Stinging Accuracy - Passive - Attacks give -1 reflex per hit
6 - Reserved - passive - +10% hit to crit, +10 foe hits to grazes, during Concentration and alone (no allies in 4m)
6 - Reclusion - passive - +6 Fortitude and Will vs single target attacks during concentration and when alone
6 - Seclusion - passive - +6 Deflection and Reflex vs single target attacks during concentration and when alone
7 - Triple Shot - upgrade to Twinned Shot
7 - Ricochet Aim I - passive with guns
25% chance for 8-12 pierce dmg, 3x bounce, -5 accuracy, 9 penetration, 30% reduction per bounce, range 8, no repeat targets
8 - Quadruple Shot - upgrade to Triple Shot
8 - Ricochet Aim II - passive with guns
35% chance for 8-12 pierce dmg, 3x bounce, -5 accuracy, 10 penetration, 20% reduction per bounce, range 10, no repeat targets
8 - Bullseye - passive - +50% Crit Dmg
9 - Windrunner - convert all enemy hits received to become grazes, and any grazes to misses for a brief period, +50% move speed, unengageable, +concentration
9 - Ricochet Aim III - passive with guns
50% chance for 8-12 pierce dmg, 4x bounce, -5 accuracy, 11 penetration, 0% reduction per bounce, range 12, can rebound to same targets


Changes to existing Abilities

1 - Evasive Roll (moved down a level)
2 - Evasive Fire (moved down 3 levels), description clarified
2 - Accurate Wounding Shot & Hobbling Shot (moved down a level)
Hobbling Shot  - Hobbled increased to 30s duration, now gives +13 Accuracy and the Hobble is defended by the same defense as your attack
3 - Concussive Tranquilizer (moved down 3 levels)
X4 - Concussive Shot removed
4 - Hunter's Claw - Cost 2-->1
6 - Hunter's Fang - Cost 2-->1
6 - Beast's Claw - Cost 2-->1
6 - Twinned Shot - decreased accuracy, less dmg8 - Whirling Strikes - New icon and added bleed keywords, converted damage to per 3s9 - Shadowed Hunter cost 3-->2

( The game plays fine if you don't use the Keywords Everywhere Mod )

Installation

Drop the folder into your PillarsOfEternityII_DATA\Override folder to install
You can install this mod at any time

- Bleeding Keywords mod
- Keywords Everywhere mod
Lower mods override higher mods

Modifying this mod:
To change values of the abilities, open it with Notepad++, format it for JSON so you can read it neatly, then change the Values, or delete the ability files you don't want changes to.

To delete the mod, just delete the folder.
