Inspired by a Mortal Kombat character and the Heavenly Storm mod, I wanted to create a subclass who teleports about as often as any self-respecting Lord Raiden player. Which is approximately every 6.3 seconds on average. Everything else here is built on that.
Shattered Pillar's variant of Wound generation is used, with the Wound threshold raised to 10.
New abilities are on the screenshots.
Mortification of the Soul and The Dichotomous Soul are out for flavor reasons.
Transcendent Suffering works like Monastic Unarmed Training for this subclass, Overcharge compensates the Acc and Pen differences.
Turning Wheel's lash is changed to Shock. (only for this subclass)
Whispers of the Wind got a cosmetic change and a cost increase, cause 5 Wounds for that ability is pure bs. (only for this subclass)
Installation: Drop the MonkRaijin folder into Pillars of Eternity II\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\override
Compatibility: Incompatible with mods changing the monk progression table. Community Patch and DBP are compatible and recommended.
