Have you ever been all too busy blinding your oponents, to even notice that there are two lower tiers of perception afflictions? Have you been constantly casting the early level spells which cause blindness not just in foes, but in some ways, yourself? You may have a case of Distracting Blind, where the original game makes it too easy to Blind from the very first level. But the cure is here! And it too, is called Distracting Blind. This mod changes the early level class abilities that cause Blind to instead cause Distract. Do you even know what Distract does? And why would you? Now your blinding spells Distract your foes, instead of distracting you from the wealth of perception affliction progression possible in this game.
Subclass, non-class, and item abilities unchanged!

Installation -------------- Unzip/unpack it into it's own folder and add it to your game's Data\Override folder. If you don't have one, create it. You can use it at any time. Put this below my Keywords mod if you have it.
Modifying this mod: To change values of the abilities, open it with Notepad++ and change the Values, or delete the ability files you don't want changes to.
