File credits
All the credit of Pallegina's main portrait goes to the original artist that has worked on it, I have only modified it to create a watercolor effect and nothing more.

The watercolor portraits are a new addition in Deadfire not seen previously in PoE1 and they look quite nice, especially in NPCs, but IMHO I never liked Pallegina’s one so I had to edit it. I used her main portrait as a base and modified it in photoshop to mimic the watercolor style seen in the rest of the game.
This was intended for personal (non-commercial, obviously lol) use and I didn’t see the harm in sharing it if someone is interested or dissatisfied with Pallegina’s original watercolor portrait. IDK if you’ll like it, it’s not perfect of course, but I know I personally won’t be going back to use the original one. Let me know your thoughts if you have any :D
“Installation”
Go wherever your game is installed and go to where the portraits are located at; “\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\gui\portraits\companion” and replace the old Pallegina’s watercolors with mine and you’ll be good to go. :)
