This mod improves the proportions of the Scimitar oryx and adds 3 new variants. The variants added consist of varying sets of brown markings that change the overall look of the animal, alongside this, a new marking set has been added that will add white patches to certain areas (snout, neck, legs and back), to create even more varied herds.
Model changes include increased dimorphism, more slender bodies and a rework to the head, making eyes smaller and more realistic, fixing the male mouth being open all the time and snout shape. Texture changes have been made to represent shorter fur instead of the default winter look they had.
This mod requires ACSE to work, it includes UI.
It's recommended to use the Planet Zoo Plus mod for a better experience.
Special thanks to Mike and Robustus for supporting me to make this mod, and also thanks to Rob for the showcase and zoopedia pics.
Installation To install this remaster extract and place the folder in ovldata like a New Species mod, no file replacement needed! Requires ACSE.
