Gets rid of the shared bike outfit so that each outfit can ride in their regular clothes.

Welcome to the No Bike Outfit Mod! This will allow each outfit to wear their regular clothes when riding a bike without helmets or gloves.
This patch is compatible with BDSP 1.3.0 and Luminescent Platinum 2.1F. Any other update(s) may not be compatible or
will cause problems with fight loadouts.
To Install:
In battle, on cycling road only, the player will still be riding their bike. No way to change this without modifying exefs. This will be a feature in Re:Illuminated Platinum.

To Install:
- Download the mod.
- Go to your mod folder (0100000011D90000 for Brilliant Diamond/Lumi, 010018E011D92000 for Shining Pearl).
- Place the "romfs" inside the title ID folder mentioned above and overwrite any files it asks you to.

- Profit!
