Limits Phantom Genesis LVL2 to creating Etherics only (with an option for Thermals too).

WHAT
Removes Voltaic and Thermal Phantoms from the list of potential minions that Phantom Genesis LVL2 can create. Does not require a new game. Install like any other mod (unzip and put patch_zzzwhatever.pak in Prey/GameSDK/Precache). The optional file only removes Voltaic Phantoms, in case you find Thermal ones inoffensive enough to keep around. I don't.
WHY
Because I'm getting tired of quickloading until I get the one kind of Phantom that doesn't do more harm than good. Stop eletrocuting stuff and lighting me on fire, idiots.
WILL IT WORK ON MOONCRASH
Dunno, haven't started it. I looked for an equivalent .xml in Mooncrash's GameData.pak and didn't see one, so I'm assuming it uses the base game's powers, and therefore should work. But who knows, I'm not a video game scientist.
BUGS
This barely does anything so it really shouldn't have any, unless I managed to upload it wrong. Works fine for me, let me know.
