Project I.G.I QVM editor is the only and most powerful tool for game files of IGI 1 and IGI 2.
This editor can view and edit all types of QVM files, including complex ones. It also detects and shows information
about game models used in levels
You can write new script files (.QSC - QSCRIPT) using the editor. It includes

Project I.G.I QVM editor
The editor is the only and most powerful tool for game files of IGI 1 and IGI 2.
This editor can view and edit all types of QVM files, including complex ones. It also detects and shows information
about game models used in levels.
You can write new script files (.QSC - QSCRIPT) using the editor. It includes helper sections to understand how the
Task Tree of scripts works, and the autocomplete helps you learn the syntax quickly.
You can also analyze all the game files to better understand how the game works.
Editor Sections:
QVM Editor:
Allows viewing and editing of any QVM file in the game, including complex configurations.
Text Editor:
Allows viewing and editing of script files (.QSC) converted by the QVM editor.
Files can be opened using File -> Open or by dragging and dropping QVM files into the editor.
Editor Helpers (Syntax):
Helps understand basic QScript syntax like Task Tree, Task Id, Task Note, etc.
Includes autocomplete for easier and faster scripting.
Model Information:
Displays detailed information about model formats and their IDs and names in the scripts.
Useful when working with scripts containing many models.
Model Information Improving/Adding:
Lets you add new names for unknown models encountered in scripts.
Saves definitions in IGIModels.txt for future use.
Setting as Default Editor for QVM Files:
Lets you set this editor as the default for QVM files instead of a hex editor.
You can edit scripts directly in readable format instead of binary.
Theme Editor:
Choose and apply themes for the editor.
Themes include:
