WSGF All Resolution Fix DLL file with TCRF debug menu edit

I downloaded the file from the WSGF website and modified it with a online hex editor tool. Replaced the exact characters listed on the TCRF website.
Haven't seen both this fix and feature combination posted anywhere else, but I also didn't look hard.
While in the pause menu:
~ or ` on Keyboard
Back on Controller

How to Install:
All you have to do is replace the file called "prototypeenginef.dll" in your prototype directory with the one uploaded.
Steam: If you have a default library folder then your prototype directory is located: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prototype
